I'm Jaime Bacon — a developer who understands operations from the inside.

I've spent 5 years building production systems at Oregon's Department of Corrections, shipping reliable software used daily by staff across the state. Before that, I worked corrections for 8 years and have been selling on eBay on and off — so I know what it's like to scale chaotic operations firsthand.
